jolihot Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and jolihot ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jolihot.net ("the Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the jolihot Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of jolihot following any amendment or update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an account on jolihot, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for online casino-style gambling in the Philippines as mandated by PAGCOR.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion registry maintained by PAGCOR or jolihot's internal exclusion database.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of jolihot, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

jolihot reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any outstanding balances will be handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

To access the full range of jolihot services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You represent and warrant that all information submitted during registration — including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and valid government-issued identification — is truthful and accurate.

jolihot operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in compliance with PAGCOR Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations. As part of KYC, we may require:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, Passport, Driver's License, or SSS ID).
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement not older than three months).
• Source of funds documentation for deposits exceeding thresholds prescribed by PAGCOR or AMLC regulations.
• A selfie or live photo for identity confirmation purposes.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on jolihot. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts. jolihot is not responsible for losses arising from the use of incorrect registration information provided by the user.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jolihot username, password, and one-time PIN (OTP). You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Never share your credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Immediately notify jolihot support at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

jolihot will never contact you to ask for your password or OTP via any channel — email, chat, SMS, or phone call. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately.

jolihot shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to comply with this Section. All bets placed and transactions completed through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remain valid and binding until a security breach is formally reported, confirmed, and the account is suspended by jolihot.

All financial transactions on jolihot are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is ₱20. Deposits below this amount will not be credited to your account.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, QR Ph, and GrabPay. Available methods may vary and are subject to change.
• Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers follow standard interbank processing times.
• jolihot does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on the depositing payment account must match your registered jolihot account name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability and verification requirements.
• jolihot reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or those exceeding certain thresholds.
• Processing times vary by payment channel. E-wallet withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within minutes to a few hours during business hours. Bank withdrawals follow standard banking timelines.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review for compliance with anti-money laundering requirements under the AMLA of the Philippines.
• jolihot reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited activity is suspected.

jolihot may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion's specific terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PHP and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Each bonus promotion specifies eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), time limits, and maximum convertible amounts. Players are responsible for reviewing these specific terms before accepting any bonus.
• jolihot reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, and to amend promotion-specific terms with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses are offered for personal recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage, and collusion — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• jolihot reserves the right to cancel any bonus and to void any bets placed using bonus funds where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.

Each game available on jolihot — including bingo, live casino tables, slots, Captain's Bounty, Slide, and all other titles — is governed by its own specific rules displayed within the game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

General conduct rules applicable to all games on jolihot include:

• Players must act in good faith at all times. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jolihot's servers, the server-side result shall prevail.
• jolihot shall not be liable for any losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or power outages on the player's end during an active game session.
• Game outcomes on jolihot are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer play, both subject to fairness standards consistent with PAGCOR licensing requirements.
• jolihot reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it determines that a technical error, manipulation, or system failure materially affected the outcome.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jolihot platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using jolihot while under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account without their express consent.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to defraud jolihot or other users.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Charging back deposits via your payment provider after using the funds on the Platform.
• Impersonating jolihot staff or misrepresenting your identity to the support team.
• Interfering with the technical operation of the Platform in any way.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming.

jolihot cooperates fully with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and Philippine law enforcement agencies in the investigation and prosecution of prohibited activities conducted through the Platform.

jolihot is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jolihot accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to jolihot support and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the jolihot Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the site — is the exclusive property of jolihot or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without express written consent from jolihot.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the Platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection tools on the Platform.

The jolihot name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jolihot. Unauthorised use of any jolihot trademark is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jolihot shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, even if jolihot has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, jolihot specifically disclaims liability for:

• Any loss of funds arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised account access not caused by jolihot's negligence.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity interruptions, device failures, or power outages during active game sessions.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including GCash, Maya, or banking institutions.
• Any inaccuracy or error in game results caused by circumstances beyond jolihot's reasonable control.
• Decisions to void bets or suspend accounts made in good faith in accordance with these Terms.

jolihot's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jolihot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited activities.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to jolihot.
• You have initiated a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith.
• You are in breach of any applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR regulation, or AMLC requirement.

Upon account termination, jolihot will return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to your registered payment method after completing all applicable verification and compliance checks, unless the balance is subject to forfeiture under these Terms or applicable law.

You may close your jolihot account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending withdrawals or outstanding obligations.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to:

• Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), as amended by Republic Act No. 9487.
• Republic Act No. 9160, the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001, as amended.
• Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
• All applicable PAGCOR Regulatory Framework issuances and circulars governing online gaming operations.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

You agree to waive any objection to the laying of venue in Philippine courts and irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action or proceeding.
